Any baked confection you can imagine, I'm willing to make. My most popular desserts are below, followed by a list of flavors, icings, and filling options.
Most cakes are three layers, with filling and icing. Themed decorations and special fondant work cost extra, depending on complexity and materials.

Any flavor of cake can be made as cupcakes, and I usually fill each cupcake with some icing before decorating. Fondant and chocolate mold options are available, depending on your thematic needs.
